At Fit Sensei, we respect your privacy and understand that you may want to delete your account and all associated personal data. If you'd like to request the deletion of your account, including all data tied to it, please follow the instructions below.

Please note: Deleting your Fit Sensei account will disconnect any linked third-party services such as Facebook Login.

How to Request Data Deletion

To delete your Fit Sensei account and all associated personal information, please contact us directly using one of the following methods:

  1. Email : Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Request for Account Deletion".

  2. Provide the Following Information in your email:

    • Your Full Name

    • Email Address associated with the account

    • Date of Birth (if applicable, for account verification purposes)

  3. Confirmation : Once we receive your request, we will send you a confirmation email and begin processing your account deletion.

Please allow up to [Insert Timeframe, e.g., 48 hours] for the completion of the deletion process.

What Happens When You Request Deletion?

Once your account is deleted:

  • All personal data, including your first name, last name, email address, date of birth, and workout data (e.g., exercise history and AI-generated reports) will be permanently removed.

  • Facebook Login : If you logged in using Facebook, deleting your Fit Sensei account will disconnect your Facebook login. You will no longer be able to access your Fit Sensei account via Facebook.

Please note that once deleted, this information cannot be recovered.

Important Information to Know

  • Impact on Third-Party Logins (e.g., Facebook) : Deleting your account will also remove your ability to log in using Facebook or any other third-party login methods. If you wish to retain access to your account using an alternative login method (e.g., email/password), please contact us beforehand to make changes.

  • Legal Retention : In some cases, we may need to retain some of your information for legal or regulatory purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, legal claims, or accounting requirements).

What Happens After Deletion?

After your account is deleted:

  • You will lose access to all data, including workout logs, reports, and AI insights.

  • You will need to create a new account if you wish to use Fit Sensei again, but be aware that your previous data will not be recoverable.

  • If you wish to log in again after deletion, you will need to create a new account and select a new login method (such as email and password).
